Last updated: May 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Dispatch (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us”), operated by Soren Nelson. By accessing or using Dispatch, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dispatch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dispatch. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older.

The service

Dispatch is a writing tool with an AI editor that reads your drafts, leaves notes, files reviews, and suggests ideas. The product is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify or discontinue Dispatch (or any part of it) at any time.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your content and ownership

You own your content.You keep all rights to the documents, notes, and other content you create in Dispatch (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

License to operate the service. To run Dispatch, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate notes, reviews, suggestions, and other AI features. This license exists only so that we can operate Dispatch for you. It does not permit us to use Your Content to train models or for any purpose other than providing the service, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups for a limited time.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to create and store it in Dispatch.

AI output. As between you and Dispatch, we do not claim ownership of AI-generated notes, suggestions, reviews, or other outputs provided to you through the service. You may use those outputs in your writing, subject to these Terms and your responsibility to review and verify them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dispatch for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content;
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Upload malware or attempt to breach or probe our security;
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or place an unreasonable load on the service;
  • Use the service or its output to build a competing AI model; or
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others through the service.

AI features and accuracy

Dispatch’s AI features can be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong, and may produce content that appears authoritative but is not. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on. Dispatch does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

Dispatch relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in) and Anthropic (AI processing). Your use of those features may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

If you connect Dispatch to third-party tools or clients, including through MCP or similar integrations, you are responsible for the permissions you grant and for your use of those connected services.

Sharing and publishing

Dispatch may let you publish, share, or export your content. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for making sure you have the rights needed to share it.

Our intellectual property

Dispatch, including its software, design, and the Dispatch name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Fees

Dispatch is currently free for invited users. If we introduce paid plans, we will provide notice and the applicable terms before you are charged.

Termination

You may stop using Dispatch at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. When your access ends, your right to use Dispatch ends, but the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Dispatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dispatch harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Dispatch after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
